Background

So about 6 weeks ago, I changed my lifestyle after a hospital stay & health scare.  I now am attempting low sugar, low salt, heart healthy eating.  This is all fine & good when you have loads of time to plan plan plan, shop & cook, but let's be real, who has time for all that?  What I need are things that are QUICK.
Ummm, face it, quick & heart healthy do not necessarily go together.

So this is just a place for me to jot down some simple quick recipes that are 'legal' for me.  And maybe others will find this useful too.

On to the recipes...there's time to make this pretty later.
